20 parenting influencers worth knowing

Parenting is the cleanest vertical in our index. Where fitness is full of repost pages and beauty is full of clinics, almost every large parenting account is a person posting about their own family, which is why the list below needed the least correcting of any we assembled.

It is also the vertical where audience size is least useful on its own. A 90k-follower account whose comments are other mothers asking follow-up questions will outperform a 900k account whose reach comes from one viral clip, and the notes below are written with that in mind.

What to check before you brief a parenting creator

The children are in the content

This is the one vertical where the creator is not the only person appearing. Brands should expect creators to have firm rules about how their children are shown, and a brief that ignores those rules is the fastest way to a declined partnership.

Stage-specific audiences do not transfer

A newborn audience and a big-kid audience are different people. "Parenting" as a single targeting bucket is why so many seeding campaigns in this category underperform — the toddler-expert account will not move a product for eight-year-olds.

Credentialled accounts carry different weight

Several of the largest accounts here are child therapists, paediatricians or nurses. Their recommendation carries more weight than a comparable lifestyle account, and correspondingly they will refuse products they cannot stand behind.

How this page was made

Candidates came from Cheerful's creator index — 158,463 public Instagram profiles, categorised automatically. Every account on this page was then checked by a person, because the automatic categorisation puts brands, agencies, repost accounts and businesses alongside individual creators, and a list that cannot tell them apart is not worth publishing.

Follower counts and the distribution figures above are real values from that index, recorded on August 26, 2026. We do not publish engagement rates on this page: we hold reliable engagement data for a different and much smaller set of creators than the ones listed here, and reporting it as though it covered this list would be a fabricated number.

These are public profiles and we have no commercial relationship with the creators listed. If you are on this page and would rather not be, contact us and we will remove you — no reason required.

This page is twenty people. Cheerful's search runs against the whole index, filters on the things that actually decide a partnership, and writes the outreach.
