Works with the tools your campaigns run on
Send outreach from your own inbox, place gifting orders in Shopify, and push creators and deals into HubSpot, Salesforce, Sheets or Slack. Tell the agent what to do in plain English; it does it in the connected app.

How do you connect an app to Cheerful?
Connected apps take three steps. Native integrations have their own setup screen, described in each guide.
- 1
Connect in Settings
Search the catalogue in Settings, then sign in with OAuth or paste an API key. Native integrations have their own setup screens.
- 2
Tell the agent what to do
Ask in plain English for a one-off job, or an automation that runs when a creator opts in, replies or joins a campaign.
- 3
Test it, then switch it on
The agent tries each automation on a real creator thread first, and you can keep it supervised so every run waits for your OK.
Can I connect Cheerful to my own AI assistant?
Yes. Cheerful runs a remote MCP server at mcp.cheerful.ai/mcp, so Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client can read your campaigns, your replies and your creator lists using your own Cheerful account. Fourteen of its twenty tools only read data; creator search spends credits and, for YouTube, saves results to a new list, and saving creators to your own lists is free. Campaign tools can create and edit drafts, and a campaign is sent only when a user clicks Confirm & send. Setup is one URL and a browser sign-in.
There is also a command-line interface that exports campaigns, triages threads and pulls post metrics as JSON. Unlike the connector, the CLI can send and edit. Both sign in as you through the browser, so there is no API key to leak.
$ cheerful auth login
# opens your browser, no API key
