  Write an instruction per field, like “Product: the variant the creator picked”, and the AI fills that field from the conversation.

How to connect Airtable to Cheerful

Setup takes 3 steps. Airtable is built into Cheerful, so there is nothing extra to install on the Cheerful side.

   In Cheerful, open Settings, go to Integrations and connect Airtable with Airtable sign-in.

   In the campaign wizard, pick the base and table, and the field that holds the creator’s email.

Does Cheerful integrate with Airtable?

Yes. Cheerful updates or creates a record per creator in the Airtable table you choose, filling fields from their email thread according to your instructions.

Airtable or Google Sheets?

Both get the same AI sync. Pick the one your team already reports from; Airtable suits bases with linked tables, Sheets suits client-facing trackers.

Which Airtable fields can Cheerful write to?

Any field you give an instruction for, except attachment, linked-record, formula, rollup and lookup fields, which are always skipped.

Does the Airtable sync go both ways?

No. Cheerful writes to Airtable. Records added in Airtable do not become Cheerful creators; upload a CSV to add them.

Is the Airtable integration free?

It is part of Cheerful, which is free to start. Your Airtable plan’s own record and API limits still apply.
