Agencies keep reporting in the client’s own sheet. Cheerful writes each creator’s status and terms there, so the client sees progress without a Cheerful login.

Columns in plain English

Tell Cheerful what each column means, for example “Rate: the fee the creator agreed, in USD, blank if not agreed yet”, and the AI fills it from the conversation.

No duplicate rows from a capital letter

Rows are matched by email, ignoring case and Gmail dots or +tags, so Jane.Doe@gmail.com and janedoe@gmail.com update the same row. A creator with no row gets one appended.

In the campaign wizard, paste the sheet URL and pick the tab.

Write a short instruction for each column. Out of the box the columns are email, name, status and notes.

What the Google Sheets integration does not do

The sync writes from Cheerful into the sheet. New creators are not imported from it; upload a CSV (it can be an export of the same sheet) to add them.
The daily roster read only fills in details for creators Cheerful already has.
The sheet is set per campaign, not account-wide.
