In Cheerful, open Settings, go to Integrations and search the catalogue for DocuSign.

DocuSign connects with your own DocuSign OAuth app: enter its integration key and secret once in the connect dialog, then sign in to DocuSign.

In the chat that opens, name the template to use and which fields map to the creator’s name, email and fee.

Automations are set up in chat on a campaign. They run when a creator opts in, replies or is added to the campaign, or on a schedule, and the agent tests each one on a real creator thread before you switch it on.
What the DocuSign integration does not do
- Setup takes a few minutes longer than one-click apps because DocuSign needs your own OAuth app credentials.
- Signed status is checked when the agent looks, not pushed back into Cheerful the moment the creator signs.
