How to connect DocuSign to Cheerful

Setup takes 4 steps. Connected apps are added from the app catalogue in Settings.

   In Cheerful, open Settings, go to Integrations and search the catalogue for DocuSign.

   DocuSign connects with your own DocuSign OAuth app: enter its integration key and secret once in the connect dialog, then sign in to DocuSign.

   In the chat that opens, name the template to use and which fields map to the creator’s name, email and fee.

   Automations are set up in chat on a campaign. They run when a creator opts in, replies or is added to the campaign, or on a schedule, and the agent tests each one on a real creator thread before you switch it on.

Cheerful and DocuSign: common questions

Does Cheerful integrate with DocuSign?

Yes, as a connected app. Cheerful’s agent can create and send envelopes from your DocuSign templates and check their status. Cheerful’s native e-signature integration is SignWell.

Can Cheerful send a DocuSign contract automatically when a creator agrees?

Yes. Ask the agent to set up a campaign automation that sends your template when a creator accepts terms; it tests on one real thread before you enable it.

Does Cheerful know when a creator signs in DocuSign?

Not instantly. The agent checks envelope status when it looks, for example when you ask which creators have unsigned envelopes. Status is not pushed into Cheerful the moment a creator signs.

Why does DocuSign setup ask for an integration key?

DocuSign connects through your own DocuSign OAuth app. You enter its integration key and secret once in the connect dialog, then sign in to DocuSign.

Is the DocuSign integration free?

Connecting DocuSign is available in Cheerful, which is free to start. Envelopes are sent from your own DocuSign account and plan.
