How to connect Instantly to Cheerful

Setup takes 3 steps. Instantly is built into Cheerful, so there is nothing extra to install on the Cheerful side.

   In Instantly, create an API key.

   In Cheerful, open Settings, go to Integrations, choose Instantly and paste the key.

   Make sure the mailboxes your Instantly campaigns send from are also connected to Cheerful, then link each Instantly campaign to a Cheerful campaign.

Does Cheerful integrate with Instantly?

Yes. Cheerful imports your Instantly campaigns’ leads hourly and routes creator replies to the matching Cheerful campaign, where it drafts answers and runs the rest of the workflow.

Do I still need Instantly if I use Cheerful?

No. Cheerful sends outreach from your own mailboxes. The Instantly integration exists for teams who already send from Instantly and want to keep doing so.

Which mailboxes need to be connected for Instantly?

The mailboxes your Instantly campaigns send from must also be connected to Cheerful, because replies are read from those inboxes.

How many Instantly leads does Cheerful import?

About 20,000 leads per Instantly campaign, imported every hour. Leads removed in Instantly stay in Cheerful.
