How to connect Gmail to Cheerful

Does Cheerful send emails from my Gmail?

Yes. Outreach, follow-ups and replies are sent from your connected Gmail or Google Workspace address, and replies are synced back so Cheerful can draft answers.

How many emails a day can Cheerful send from one Gmail account?

Cheerful caps each Gmail mailbox at 400 sends in any rolling 24 hours. Most teams send far fewer per mailbox and spread volume across several.

Can Cheerful read my whole inbox?

Cheerful syncs the mailbox so it can match creator replies to campaigns. It asks only for send, modify and label access, not for your Google Drive, Calendar or contacts.

Does Cheerful integrate with Gmail?

Yes, natively. Connect a Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox with Google sign-in, and Cheerful sends outreach, follow-ups and replies from it and syncs the replies back.

Can I connect a whole Google Workspace team at once?

Yes. A Workspace admin can grant domain-wide delegation, which adds many mailboxes at once. Cheerful’s team helps set it up.

How often does Cheerful check Gmail for replies?

About every two minutes. Inbox sync polls Gmail’s history rather than receiving instant push, so a reply can take a couple of minutes to appear.

Is the Gmail integration free?

Connecting Gmail is part of Cheerful, which is free to start. Registering a separate warmed sending domain for higher cold volume is a paid-plan option.
