Cheerful + Slack integration
Connecting Slack lets your team run the two moments that need a human from the channel they already watch: an alert when a creator replies, with a button to open the thread in Cheerful, and a daily “Orders to Approve” digest where you approve, edit or skip each gifting order before it is placed.
Slack is a native integration through the Cheerful for Slack app, with one channel set per campaign. It is optional; everything it does can also be done inside Cheerful.

Know when a creator is interested
Gifting and creator campaigns alert on replies that show interest or ask a question, so the channel is not flooded by out-of-office mail. Sales-style campaigns can alert on every human reply.
Approve gifts in one tap
The daily digest lists every order waiting for approval with the creator and address. Approve places it in your store, Skip drops it, Edit opens a form to fix the email, phone, name or address first.
Catch orders that will not ship
A separate daily message lists Cheerful gift orders stuck unfulfilled in your store, so a bad address is fixed before the creator chases you.

- Posts a reply alert to the campaign’s channel, with an Open in Cheerful button
- Lets you choose which replies alert, per campaign
- Sends a daily Orders to Approve digest, or one on demand
- Approve, Edit and Skip buttons on each gifting order
- Edit form for a creator’s email, phone, name and address
- Daily alert for gift orders that cannot ship
- Checks the connection and says if the bot cannot see the channel
How to connect Slack to Cheerful

Add the Cheerful for Slack app to your workspace from Settings in Cheerful.

Invite the bot to the channel you want alerts in.

In each campaign, set that channel. Cheerful warns you if the bot is not linked, cannot see the channel or is in the wrong workspace.
What the Slack integration does not do
- Email reply drafts are approved in Cheerful, not in Slack.
- The daily stuck-order alert does not cover ShipHero orders.
- Alerts go to one channel per campaign.

- Is Cheerful a Slack bot?
- No. Cheerful is a web application; Slack is an optional place to get alerts and approve gift orders.
- Can I reply to creators from Slack?
- Not today. The alert links to the thread in Cheerful, where the drafted reply is waiting for you.
