  Once the address is collected and the gift is approved, the order goes to ShipHero as a pending fulfilment order, without passing through a store.

How to connect ShipHero to Cheerful

Setup takes 3 steps. ShipHero is built into Cheerful, so there is nothing extra to install on the Cheerful side.

   Get a ShipHero refresh token from your ShipHero account.

   In the campaign’s settings in Cheerful, turn on ShipHero, paste the token and enter the SKUs to gift.

   Approve gifts as usual; approved ones become ShipHero orders.

Does Cheerful integrate with ShipHero?

Yes, natively. Approved creator gifts become pending ShipHero fulfilment orders with the campaign’s SKUs, tagged GIFTING-CHEERFUL at $0.

Can I use ShipHero and Shopify together?

Yes. Use Shopify for creator discount codes and ShipHero for the gift fulfilment on the campaigns where you turn it on.

What does Cheerful need from ShipHero?

A ShipHero refresh token and the SKUs to gift, entered in the campaign’s settings. Cheerful refreshes ShipHero access automatically before it expires.

Does Cheerful alert me about stuck ShipHero orders?

Not yet. The daily Slack alert for stuck orders covers store orders, not ShipHero orders.

Is the ShipHero integration free?

It is part of Cheerful, which is free to start. Your ShipHero or 3PL fees apply as for any order.
